Cancellation Policy
Please acknowledge that clients can cancel appointments up to 12 hours before start time. While 12 hours in advance is requested, rescheduling an appointment will not result in a fee. If arriving late to an appointment, clients will receive remainder of allotted service time. Unless previous communication was made, anything later than 15 minutes terminates the appointment and counts as a No-Show. Cancellations within the 12 hour time frame and No-Shows will result in a 50% service charge due before next appointment. Exceptions to these policies include inclement weather or a valid emergency.
